Location: PAN India – Currently Visakhapatnam


Roles and Responsibilities:

Basically, this role deserves to be flexible as per organizational requirements and would train in the areas of Sub Contracts initially and later in designing filed if required based on interest and suitability of the candidature.


  1. Find new outsourcing partners based on the project / deputation requirements; need to evaluate and do effective communication with vendors.
  2. Daily follow up with status documentation and timely Co-ordination with vendors for all projects allotted.
  3. Coordination with all vendors for their productivity details.
  4. The complete responsibility of deliverables monitoring and documenting as per Praxsol PO and scope with vendors / Vendors PO.
  5. Any task assigned by Manager- Subcontracts and Manager - HR (related to deputations)
  6. Support in Documentation for Subcontracts on progress reviews.
  7. Ensure the project deliverable in given targets by Manager- Sub Contracts before the Invoice submission.
  8. Right attitude with teamwork skills, good work ethics, problem solving skills with hard working nature is preferred.
  9. Learn & perform is basic need.
