We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality real estate projects. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control during project planning, development, and execution phases. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all construction and development activities meet the company’s quality standards, as well as local building regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) for real estate projects.
  • Establish quality standards and procedures for construction, development, and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and inspect ongoing projects to ensure adherence to quality plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Review architectural and engineering plans to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship meet required quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality assessments to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, defects, and non-conformities throughout project lifecycles.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality-related activities, inspections, and findings.
  • Lead quality-related meetings and briefings with project stakeholders to address quality goals and objectives.
  • Train and guide project teams on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external regulatory bodies and ensure that all projects meet legal and industry compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes and reduce risks.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and standards.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and quality control methods.
  • Proficiency in interpreting architectural, engineering, and construction drawings.
  • Excellent understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) or related qualifications is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with construction defect investigation and remediation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
