Lamda Components is a leading manufacturer of Aluminium Die casting components and precision machined components located in Bengaluru. With an established OEM customer base and growing exports, Lamda is keen or hiring capable professionals who can assist the company in growing and catering to a larger customer base.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality Management Representative located in Bengaluru. The Quality Management Representative will be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards, developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and providing training on quality processes.

  • Preparation of documents and procedures in line with IATF 16949 standard.
  • To ensure the Quality Policy and Objectives are understood and implemented.
  • Customer audits and preparation of action plans.
  • Follow-up with customers and internal team on audits and action plans.
  • Organize internal audit as per schedule.
  • Assist in preparing documents for various depts.
  • Maintain quality records of MRM & Internal audits.
  • Follow up audit reports for CA/PA.
  • Organize MRM meeting, with agenda, minute the meeting details and follow up action based on action plan.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Identify repetitive non-conformances and discuss in MRM for CA/PA.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing quality management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Certification in quality management is a plus
  • Awareness on IATF 16949 Standard.
  • Internal Auditor qualification for IATF 16949.
  • Knowledge on core tools.
  • Customer audits and preparation of action plans.
