This involves owning the end-to-end delivery process, from data readiness and environment setup to model rollout and go-live assurance.This leadership position demands a senior execution leader who can guarantee that our technical delivery remains world-class, predictable, and scalable. The successful candidate will lead a team of implementation professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.Key Responsibilities:Delivery Process Ownership: Develop and institutionalize best practices for delivery governance, QA, and release readiness to ensure structured, measurable implementation processes that deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes for every customer.Productization of Delivery Workflows: Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to transform manual or human-in-the-loop activities into productized features and automation tools, evolving the delivery playbook into a scalable digital framework that reduces time-to-live and increases repeatability.Customer Implementation Leadership: Serve as the operational bridge between customer goals and technical execution, driving alignment between Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and Developers to ensure seamless handoffs and milestone tracking, anticipating and resolving blockers before they impact timelines.People and Process Leadership: Build, coach, and manage a team of Implementation Managers capable of handling concurrent enterprise projects, fostering a delivery culture grounded in ownership, precision, and accountability, implementing performance metrics aligned with customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and risk reduction.Metrics, Reporting, and Governance: Track and report delivery health across all accounts using structured dashboards, defining key performance indicators (on-time delivery rate, escalation count, time-to-resolution, customer satisfaction), supporting executive leadership in quarterly business reviews and product strategy sessions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer commitments, partner with AI Productization and Engineering teams to ensure seamless deployment pipelines, participate in internal leadership meetings, providing data-driven insights on delivery operations.Competencies: Execution Leadership, System Thinking, Operational Rigor, Communication Mastery, Problem Solving, Ownership Mindset.Success Metrics: ≥ 95% On-Time Delivery Rate, < 10% Escalation Rate per Quarter, 90% Customer Satisfaction (Implementation NPS), Time-to-Resolution: Avg. < 24 hours for blockers, Reduction in HITL tasks through productization (Quarter-over-Quarter).
