We are looking for a senior leader to drive an AI-powered workflow transformation offering that helps enterprises unlock measurable business value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, digital transformation, and AI innovation. As the Product Manager – AI at the director level, you will guide organizations in reimagining core business workflows using AI-first design principles, leading end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions.

This role requires a strong strategic mindset, the ability to advise senior executives, and deep experience building AI-enabled product portfolios that drive tangible improvements in efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

Essential Skills

AI-Led Digital Transformation

  • Expertise in redesigning enterprise workflows through AI, automation, and digital modernization.
  • Ability to integrate AI-first thinking into large-scale transformation programs.

AI Innovation & Deployment

  • Proven experience leading AI initiatives from initial concept to scaled rollout in enterprise environments.

Product & Portfolio Leadership

  • Ability to define product vision, strategy, and value proposition.
  • Skilled in managing complex product roadmaps, backlogs, pricing models, and commercialization strategies.

Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Management

  • Experience advising senior leaders and translating business goals into actionable transformation programs.
  • Strong communication and influence with C-suite and executive sponsors.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Growth

  • Background in building GTM strategies and positioning AI offerings to drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable ROI.

Impact-Driven Mindset

  • Ability to tie AI-enabled initiatives to business outcomes—cost optimization, productivity gains, and experience enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the AI-powered workflow transformation offering, defining the overarching vision, roadmap, and business value.
  • Build compelling market positioning, value messaging, and differentiation for AI-driven workflow products.
  • Own go-to-market strategy, pricing frameworks, and commercialization plans tailored to various enterprise needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including alliances, delivery, and product groups—to scale AI-enabled workflow solutions across industries.
  • Oversee the design, validation, and deployment of AI-enabled workflows, ensuring integration readiness and enterprise adoption.
  • Represent AI workflow capabilities in executive-level client discussions, industry forums, and strategic engagements.
  • Partner with client sponsors to align AI transformation initiatives with enterprise strategy and measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish governance structures, operating models, and execution frameworks to drive consistent delivery and value realization.
  • Oversee Fit/Gap (RICEA) assessments and guide end-to-end workflow modernization.
  • Provide leadership across global, cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, data scientists, and engineering groups.
