Business Development Executive

MBA Freshers looking for Sales and Business Development role are open to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecommunications sector.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address client needs and concerns promptly and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance data to drive strategic decisions.
- Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of SMS products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Contract Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations and secure agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
- Oversee the closing of sales deals and ensure successful implementation and client on boarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Any MBA Freshers OR Candidate having less than 1 year of experience in Sales within the SMS services or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn and inspire a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Used above tools CRM, Apollo, Sales Navigator.
- Fluent English because they are going to work with international client.
- Good looking and smart personality.
- Background preferred BE or MBA in marketing.
- Pune location
- WFO Compulsory
- Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM (SAT – SUN OFF).
- Salary max 35K/Month in hand.
