Job Title:Media Content CreatorAbout the RoleThe role of Media Content Creator involves creating and editing engaging video content to support marketing initiatives. This position requires a creative approach to visual storytelling, excellent attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.ResponsibilitiesVideo Production: Develop video concepts and strategies that align with overall marketing goals in collaboration with the marketing team.Capture and edit high-quality video footage for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and more.Experience with videography / on-site video production is required.Ensure consistent style, tone, and messaging across all video content.Video ProductionEditing and Post-Production: Edit and assemble raw footage, ensuring seamless transitions, clean audio, and compelling visuals.Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed to enhance video content.Optimize video content for various platforms and devices, considering aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats.Add music, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance viewer experience.Content ManagementOrganize and maintain a library of video assets for easy access and efficient retrieval.Collaborate with team members to manage video files, version control, and project timelines.Quality AssuranceReview and proof video content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with branding guidelines.Make necessary revisions and improvements based on feedback from stakeholders.Staying CurrentKeep up-to-date with industry trends and video editing software advancements to incorporate innovative techniques into video production.QualificationsBachelor's degree in film production, digital media, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).Ability to work in graphic design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop proficiently.Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).Strong storytelling and visual storytelling skills.Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to convey marketing messages through video.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Preferred SkillsExperience with color correction and color grading.Knowledge of audio editing and sound design.Familiarity with video SEO best practices.Basic knowledge of graphic design, 3D modeling, and animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, Adobe AfterEffects, etc.).Key WordEditor
