We are seeking a skilled Media Strategist to join our team and help us develop and execute media plans that drive results.The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DV360. They will possess strong knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, tracking, and attribution.The Media Strategist will be responsible for developing digital media plans across multiple platforms, setting up and managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. They will also work closely with creative and account teams to ensure targeting and messaging are aligned.The role requires the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot campaigns, and optimize performance at speed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setup are essential.About the RoleDevelop digital media plans across Meta, Google, and DV360.Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns end-to-end.Analyse performance data and provide clear, actionable insights.Align with creative and account teams to ensure targeting and messaging are on point.Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports with meaningful takeaways.Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and industry trends.Contribute to improving internal processes and best practices.About YouProven skills in Media Planning and Media Strategy for diverse campaigns.Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize performance data effectively.Excellent Communication abilities for client engagement and team collaboration.Knowledge and familiarity with New Media platforms and their applications.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.Prior experience in a media or advertising agency is an advantage.We OfferFull-time remote role based in India.Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to work with regional and global brands.A fast-growing, collaborative agency environment with room to grow.
