Google Ads Media Buyer – DTC eCommerceWe are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and scale our Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands.Main Responsibilities:Manage the performance of up to 8 e-commerce brands on Google Ads.Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Search, Shopping, PMAX, and YouTube campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.Analyze campaign data to optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion volume, and new customer rate.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience mapping to inform campaign strategies.Set up and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Merchant Center feeds, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate campaign measurement.Collaborate with creative and landing page teams to improve campaign performance.Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify areas for improvement using a structured framework.Present clear reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.Requirements:2-4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management.Proven ability to manage large-scale ad spend budgets.Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, funnel analysis, and PMax asset structure and signals.Ability to manage multiple accounts independently and prioritize tasks effectively.A performance-first mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
