Job Overview:The Regional Business Manager is a key sales leader who drives revenue growth and profitability in a designated geographic region.Key ResponsibilitiesP&L Management: Lead the Profit & Loss management for the assigned region, balancing revenue generation with cost optimization.Target Achievement: Create and communicate sales quotas and revenue targets for the region.End-to-End Sales Closure: Own and drive the B2B sales cycle from strategic account planning to complex negotiation and final deal closure.Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and annual budgets for the region.Team Leadership & Management:Team Handling: Lead a team of Sales Executives and Inside Sales Representatives to achieve regional targets.Recruitment and Development: Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training to the regional sales force.Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.Corporate Account Management:Key Account Relationships: Build and maintain deep relationships with key corporate customers and high-value accounts.B2B Solution Selling: Leverage expertise to position solutions effectively.
