Experience: 7-10 years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced RF Design Lead with strong expertise in CMOS-based RFIC design . The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceiver design, and experience leading projects from concept through silicon validation. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end RF design and integration of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceivers on CMOS process nodes. Architect and design RF blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, PAs, and RF filters. Collaborate closely with analog, digital, and layout teams to ensure successful chip tape-out and bring-up. Perform simulation, verification, and lab validation of RF circuits. Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the RF design function. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. 7–15 years of hands-on experience in RFIC design using CMOS technology . Strong background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (2.4GHz / 5GHz) design. Familiarity with tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SpectreRF, and EM simulation tools. Solid understanding of RF system-level architecture and design trade-offs. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
