Hands on working on RF Design, CMOS, tapeouts. Location: Hyderabad.Experience: 7-10 yearsAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced RF Design Lead with strong expertise in CMOS-based RFIC design. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceiver design, and experience leading projects from concept through silicon validation.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end RF design and integration of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceivers on CMOS process nodes.Architect and design RF blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, PAs, and RF filters.Collaborate closely with analog, digital, and layout teams to ensure successful chip tape-out and bring-up.Perform simulation, verification, and lab validation of RF circuits.Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the RF design function.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.7–15 years of hands-on experience in RFIC design using CMOS technology.Strong background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (2.4GHz / 5GHz) design.Familiarity with tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SpectreRF, and EM simulation tools.Solid understanding of RF system-level architecture and design trade-offs.Excellent analytical and communication skills.www.boltchip.com
