Boltchip is a Singapore based Consulting firm building Innovation Capability Centers for our Semiconductor clients in APAC.Position: RF Design Lead (CMOS)Location: Hyderabad.Experience: 7-10 yearsAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced RF Design Lead with strong expertise in CMOS-based RFIC design. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceiver design, and experience leading projects from concept through silicon validation.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end RF design and integration of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceivers on CMOS process nodes.- Architect and design RF blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, PAs, and RF filters.- Collaborate closely with analog, digital, and layout teams to ensure successful chip tape-out and bring-up.- Perform simulation, verification, and lab validation of RF circuits.- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the RF design function.Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.- 7–15 years of hands-on experience in RFIC design using CMOS technology.- Strong background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (2.4GHz / 5GHz) design.- Familiarity with tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SpectreRF, and EM simulation tools.- Solid understanding of RF system-level architecture and design trade-offs.- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
