Experience: 7-10 years About the Role: We are seeking an experienced RF Design Lead with strong expertise in CMOS-based RFIC design. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceiver design, and experience leading projects from concept through silicon validation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end RF design and integration of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceivers on CMOS process nodes. - Architect and design RF blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, PAs, and RF filters. - Collaborate closely with analog, digital, and layout teams to ensure successful chip tape-out and bring-up. - Perform simulation, verification, and lab validation of RF circuits. - Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the RF design function. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. - 7–15 years of hands-on experience in RFIC design using CMOS technology. - Strong background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (2.4GHz / 5GHz) design. - Familiarity with tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SpectreRF, and EM simulation tools. - Solid understanding of RF system-level architecture and design trade-offs. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. www.boltchip.com
