What are we looking for?

We are looking for smart, self-driven, high-energy program managers with consulting background. Our consultants have a blend of in-depth domain expertise, strong business consulting skills and excellent communication skills.


Job Summary:

We are seeking seasoned Program Managers to lead medium and large digital transformation programs for manufacturing clients across geographies. You will be responsible for managing end-to- end program lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Your expertise in program management, combined with strong business acumen will be instrumental in achieving client satisfaction and business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress against timelines and budget, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success
  • Set up a program governance mechanism by identifying key stakeholders, decision makers, meeting cadences and reporting (project status, key milestones, RAID, etc.)
  • Ability to drive process improvement and change management initiatives- map as-is processes, pain points, gather requirements and recommend best practices for to-be processes

Qualifications:

  • MBA/B. Tech with prior experience driving digital transformation programs including Cloud Transformation, ERP transformation, Package Implementation, Data Migration, etc.
  • Understanding of SDLC lifecycle with expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MSP, Jira, Planview, Asana)
  • Supply chain and logistics domain expertise is preferred (but not a mandate) – knowledge of any one business function (O2C, P2P, Transportation TMS, Invoicing, Sales, After Sales, etc.)
  • End-to-end implementation experience for any ERP rollout is a definite plus
  • Adept at data analysis, problem-solving, effective communication, and collaboration
  • PMP, PgMP, Prince2, SAFe Agilist, SAFe POPM certifications are an added advantage
