Data and Analytics Skills you will have
- Foundation on AI Concepts: Familiarity with fundamental AI concepts, including machine learning, neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Data Literacy: Ability to interpret and analyze data, understanding data sources, data quality, and the implications of data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of AI Tools and Frameworks: Awareness of popular AI frameworks and tools (e.g., Jupyter, Apache Spark) used in the development and deployment of AI models.
- Non Expert Understanding of Statistical Analysis: Basic understanding of statistics and probability, which is crucial for evaluating model performance and understanding data distributions.
- Collaboration with Data Scientists: Skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers, translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
- Project Lifecycle Awareness: Knowledge of the AI project lifecycle, including data collection, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ethics in AI (Responsible AI): Understanding of ethical considerations in AI, such as bias, fairness, and transparency, to guide teams in responsible AI development.
- Agile Adaptation for AI Projects: Ability to adapt Agile practices to fit the unique challenges of AI projects, such as iterative model development and experimentation.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Skills to address technical challenges that arise during AI project execution, facilitating discussions to find solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and data science to effectively guide the team.
A foundational list of the responsibilities that you will have –
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies, custodian of Agile artefacts: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration. Ensure the population and creation of a prioritized product backlog, and a refined sprint backlog
- Proactively remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, fostering a smooth workflow.
- Facilitate Collaboration within the team and with the business: Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product owners, and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Promote best practices in Agile methodologies and encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Enable Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for AI initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master for 6+ years, with >18 months particularly in AI, data science, or software engineering environments.
- Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration between human and AI teams.
