- Generate and qualify new leads on advisory, strategy, consulting and AI-enabled business transformation opportunities primarily in the financial services and public sector through proactive market outreach.
- Meet, schedule and facilitate CxO-level meetings and presentations. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets
- Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities and pipeline in CRM
- Travel extensively within the West and North regions for client meetings and business development
To be successful in this role, you must have the following…
- At least 8+ years of sales experience in management consulting or professional services and possess a strong consultative selling approach (financial services/ public sector expertise preferred)
- Track record of achieving and managing revenue/sales targets for a region
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Experience in consulting selling and complex deal structuring.
- Relationship building at the senior executive level. Strong network within CxO circles, particularly in the financial services sector and AI consulting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Travel extensively within the region for client meetings and business development. Ready to work from the office.
