We are now seeking an experienced Manager – Hypermarket Division to oversee operations, drive performance, and lead a dynamic team in one of our high-traffic hypermarkets.
Position OverviewThe Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, increasing efficiency and profitability, and delivering excellent customer service standards across the hypermarket.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall hypermarket operations, including sales, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor market trends and adapt business strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Minimum 4 years of managerial experience in a hypermarket or large retail environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
