Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management (PMS):
- Design, implement, and maintain an effective performance management framework aligned with business goals.
- Lead the annual and mid-year performance review cycles across store and support functions.
- Support line managers in setting KPIs, providing feedback, and managing underperformance.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Train and coach managers on PMS best practices and tools.
2. Great Place to Work (GPTW) Initiatives:
- Own the end-to-end GPTW certification process including survey administration, communication, and post-survey analysis.
- Identify and implement action plans to enhance workplace culture and improve GPTW scores.
- Collaborate with department heads to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and track progress on cultural initiatives using feedback mechanisms and KPIs.
3. Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute employee engagement strategies that drive morale, productivity, and retention across store and corporate staff.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and focus group discussions to gather employee feedback.
- Lead events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to boost engagement.
- Analyze attrition and engagement data to propose meaningful interventions.
4. Strategic HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Champion a performance-driven and value-based culture.
