About the team & role:The CPQ & NPI Operations team is at the core of how we bring new products to market and optimise our quote-to-cash process. We don't just operationalise new SKUs—we ensure seamless integration of next-generation quoting tools, drive automation, and enhance the overall sales experience. We work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to streamline how products are quoted, sold, and provisioned. Our team ensures that CPQ remains a high-performing, scalable system—balancing automation, policy enforcement, and ease of use without overloading it with unnecessary complexity.We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join our CPQ Systems & Operations team within Product Operations. In this role you will be a key CPQ specialist in providing expertise and strategic insights to enhance our processes.What will you do?Manage and own the CPQ KTLO ticket queue and dashboards, ensuring tasks are properly assigned, tracked, and followed up onSupport implementations related to GTM initiatives, sales productivity, and user experience and be accountable for Salesforce CPQ deliverablesRegularly compile reports, provide status updates, and drive timely delivery of requests through effective coordination and communicationManage Salesforce CPQ systems enhancements and projects from start to finish – requirements analysis, consensus building, testing, documentation, and launch/trainingFacilitate business process reviews for requirement gathering & documentation; Translate business requirements into IT requirements, leveraging best practices and CPQ tool knowledge to deliver best user experienceProvide the highest standards of GTM systems support and enablement to field support, sales support, and deal operations teams when it comes to quotingPartner closely with the IT team and cross-functional partners on getting scalable solutions and changes implemented in a timely mannerCreate and maintain centralised CPQ documentation, ensuring timely updates to reflect any process or system changesAdvocate for an optimised CPQ user experience by ensuring system enhancements align with business needs and feedbackAnalyse and optimise CPQ processes to drive efficiency and scalabilityExperience you'll need:2+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or Operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment2-4 years in Salesforce CPQ hands-on experience preferredStrategic thinker: Evaluate things holistically and for the long term, make decisions using a strong blend of technical chops and understanding of business needsSelf-Starter & Results-Driven: Demonstrates a high level of productivity with minimal day-to-day oversightTakes ownership, shows initiative, and proactively drives solutions to completionEffective Communicator & Collaborator: Strong follow-up skills, transparency, and the ability to synthesise information into a clear, digestible format for business operations teamsHigh-energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environmentYou are detail-oriented, leverage your resources, and get things done on time with quality resultsSFDC administration experience is a plusFamiliarity with AI concepts, ideally as applied to the Sales function, is a plusLocation & Work HoursLocation: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Hybrid)Work Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST.
