Operations - Enrollment Analyst Who is Private Client Resources (PCR)? What is the Enrollment Analyst Role? A critical element of our service is obtaining the consent from account owners that direct their banks and fund managers (Counterparties) to share data with PCR as an interested party. Our team of Enrollment Analysts operate a proprietary technology platform, follow-up with clients and counterparties and ensure that these consents are obtained in a timely manner. As an Enrollment Analyst you will work as part of a global team collaborating with the world’s most important financial firms. What will my mission statement be? Proprietary Digital Enrollment technology to coordinate account owner and counterparty consent reconciliation Real-time monitoring portal providing status of enrollment workflows Analytics that identify needed intervention and follow-up Automated CRM tools facilitate communication to counterparties during follow Business intelligence tools to understand roadblocks and efficiency What would my day look like? 10% planning and strategizing your daily plan using our analytic tools 40% following up with counterparties on the status of our LOA requests 20% ensuring the accuracy of our activity and tracking data 10% following up with internal teams servicing the enrollment process 20% interaction with your team members for learning and improvement. What is the nature of the team I will work with? You will be a member of the Enrollment Team in our Operations group. The team is currently 7 growing to 8 with team members in the US and India. What would be my specific responsibilities? Own the client onboarding journey from kickoff to full data activation. Develop and manage account enrollment plans tailored to each client’s structure and priorities. Guide clients through our Enrollment Tool, including bulk account uploads and LOA generation. Monitor onboarding progress using internal dashboards and analytics; proactively resolve delays by engaging with counterparties. Provide clients with regular updates, progress reports, and action items. Collaborate with internal operations and data teams to ensure timely ingestion and processing of financial data. Act as a liaison between clients and custodians, banks, and other financial institutions to facilitate data access. What are the skills I must demonstrate to be successful? Deep understanding of the private wealth ecosystem — including RIAs, Family Offices, OCIOs, and their data needs. Familiarity with banking infrastructure and how data flows between custodians, fund administrators, and reporting platforms. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and comfort with data tools. Ability to thrive in high-volume, metric-driven environments. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Adaptability to new tools, workflows, and client structures. A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement. What experience will set me apart for this role? 3-5 years' experience in the financial and wealth management sector Relevant experience in fund administration Knowledge of the workings of hedge funds and private equity investor relations Aptitude for building and maintaining client/stakeholder relationships Experience developing operations measurement tools and processes Client facing experience Experience working in a ticketing environment What opportunities for advancement do I have?
