Program Implementation Specialist

Job Title: Program Implementation LeadProgram Implementation for State Education PrioritiesIn this challenging role, you will lead the end-to-end program implementation for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Your primary objective will be to ensure alignment with state education priorities and Program objectives while driving ConveGenius's strategic goals.Develop Annual Work Plans (AWPs) with clear milestones, targets, and accountability mechanisms.Test and refine scalable models through implementation model pilots (cost-impact experiments).You will drive seamless delivery of digital solutions in intervention schools, including SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, and AI-powered chatbots. In addition, you will collaborate with product teams to contextualize content, dashboards, and analytics towards visualizing and accelerating impact.As the primary liaison with state education officials, SCERT, SSA, and district leadership, you will foster strong relationships to ensure successful program execution.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop AWP with clear milestones, targets, and accountability mechanisms.Pilot Implementation: Run cost-impact experiments to test and refine scalable models.Delivery Management: Drive seamless delivery of digital solutions in intervention schools.Collaboration: Work with product teams to contextualize content, dashboards, and analytics.Liaison Management: Foster strong relationships with state education officials and other stakeholders.
