Oracle HCM Implementation SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules, and perform end-to-end implementation and support.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation is essential.Understanding of HR processes and policies is also required.In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.
