Role Overview:


As a Business Development Executive, we need you to use our CRM to open up new relationships will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our AI-driven recruitment solutions.


Responsibilities:


• Identify and onboard potential clients, showcasing the value of Goodspace's recruitment platform.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.


• Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales targets.


• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.


Requirements:


• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.


• Passion for technology and innovation in recruitment. Bonus points if you like AI .
