With a strong talent network across India and other low-cost markets, we partner with US enterprises, product companies, and staffing firms to fulfill their project-based hiring needs efficiently.We are now looking for an experienced Sales Professional with proven success in onboarding US clients specifically looking for contract-based remote talent from outside the US.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Onboarding (US Market)Identify, target, and acquire new US-based clients (startups, mid-size firms, managed service providers, IT consulting firms, and staffing agencies) looking for contract-based remote resources.Drive full-cycle US B2B sales—from prospecting & lead qualification to deal closure and account activation.Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, Procurement Heads, HR/TA Heads, Project Directors, and Vendor Managers.Sales Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute market penetration strategies in sectors like IT, SaaS, BFSI, Healthcare IT, Retail Tech, and Digital Services.Propose commercial models including T&M, resource-based billing, staff augmentation, and offshore/remote contracting.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to organizational revenue growth.Needs Assessment & Solution MappingUnderstand client hiring needs for contract, contract-to-hire, and project-based roles.Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to align available talent pools and close open roles swiftly.Negotiation & Deal ClosurePrepare proposals, pitch decks, master service agreements (MSA), and negotiate commercial terms confidently.Ensure smooth client onboarding including compliance, documentation, and contract execution.Account ManagementNurture acquired accounts for repeat business and long-term partnerships.Continuously upsell by expanding resource deployments across projects and skill categories.Required Skills & Experience✅ Minimum 7 years of B2B sales/business development experience in contract staffing / IT services / offshore outsourcing / talent augmentation. ✅ Proven track record in onboarding US-based clients for remote/offshore contract staffing. ✅ Existing network of clients or decision-makers in US staffing firms, MSPs, IT consulting companies is highly preferred. ✅ Deep understanding of US staffing dynamics: W2/C2C/1099 models, vendor management, time-zone collaboration, rate structures, compliance aspects. ✅ Experience in selling offshore/remote resources from India or other international markets. ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (neutral or US-accent clarity is a plus). ✅ Ability to work in US time zones partially or fully as required. ✅ Strong exposure to CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email automation, and proposal drafting.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of new US clients onboardedMonthly/quarterly revenue generated from acquired accountsNumber of contract positions closedClient retention and repeat business valueWhat We Offer⭐ Competitive salary with aggressive incentive structure (performance-driven)⭐ Opportunity to lead US market expansion⭐ Freedom to strategize, execute, and scale business independently⭐ Supportive delivery and recruitment backend team⭐ Long-term career growth into Leadership Roles (Head of US Sales / Global BD Head)
