We are seeking an experienced RPA automation professional to join our team.Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, managing and maintaining robust automation processes using RPA technology.Data Submission: The ideal candidate will accurately map structured JSON payloads onto hundreds of unique web forms ensuring reliable data submission 24/7.Reliability and Monitoring: A strong understanding of reliability mechanisms, auditable logging, and monitoring systems is required to ensure consistent data submissions.Continuous Improvement: Adapt quickly to new websites and forms onboarded, and existing sites changing their structures or security measures.Key Responsibilities:Automation Development: Design, develop, and deploy resilient RPA bots capable of processing structured JSON inputs and automating web form interactions.Operational Management: Implement robust monitoring systems, alerts, and automated self-healing. Maintain operational dashboards using tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.Administration and Maintenance: Regularly update automation scripts to accommodate changes in website structures, manage secure credentials through Azure Key Vault, and maintain CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Write comprehensive unit and functional tests, perform code reviews, ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, and participate in threat modelling exercises.Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with Product, Backend, and DevOps teams to document automation logic, common issues, and support runbooks.Essential Skills and Qualifications:3+ years professional RPA development experience with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript; hands-on experience with Node.js and Next.js frameworks.Proven production experience within Microsoft Azure environments.In-depth knowledge of web-form automation including DOM manipulation, CAPTCHA handling, session management, and dynamic form validation.Experience in implementing observability tools (structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing).Demonstrated ability to maintain and optimize automations at scale, including managing concurrent executions and deployment strategies.
