As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless domestic and export dispatches.Coordinate daily logistics movements to meet customer demands.Monitor shipment progress, address any courier-related concerns, and guarantee timely deliveries.Reconcile invoices from couriers and maintain accurate records of courier prices.Verify that all dispatched pick orders are properly tracked, documented, and scanned.Collaborate with internal departments and conduct regular meetings to enhance operational efficiency.Evaluate and onboard new logistics partners and suppliers.Purchase ManagementInitiate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for trading purchases across divisions.Follow up with vendors to ensure product availability and adherence to stocking procedures.Maintain optimal levels of non-Auro products and equipment as per business requirements.Coordinate kit assembly and packaging processes to meet predetermined deadlines.Procure raw materials needed for kit assembly.Accountability & Cost ControlAlign logistics and procurement strategies with sales targets.Ensure timely acquisition of non-Auro pharma/wholesale products to support sales objectives.Minimize courier costs while maintaining quality service standards.Monitor inventory levels, reconcile courier invoices, and prevent stock accumulation or shortage.Drive cost savings in trading purchases and courier operations.Team Development & Process ImprovementsTrain and mentor FGS staff on logistics, dispatch, and kit assembly processes.Conduct sessions on safety protocols, process responsibility, and customer requirements.Motivate teams to enhance their knowledge, skills, and ownership of tasks.Encourage continuous improvements in workflow and process optimization.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, trading purchase, or warehouse operations.Industry preference: Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.Strong knowledge of dispatch management, inventory control, courier/vendor coordination, and kit assembly.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams effectively.
