As we expand, we are seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding processes.


This training provides a valuable learning opportunity with a chance to transition into a full-time role based on performance.


Position Overview

As an HR Intern, you will assist with various HR tasks and projects, including recruitment, employee management, and administration. You will have the chance to gain practical experience in all areas of HR, from handling recruitment processes to supporting team-building initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
  • Onboarding: Help manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing activities that promote a positive work culture and improve employee engagement.
  • HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
  • Data Management: Support HR data entry and reporting tasks related to recruitment, performance, and employee attendance.
  • HR Projects: Assist in special HR projects as needed, such as performance reviews, training programs, and policy updates.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and candidates.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail when managing documents and data.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm to Learn: Passion for HR practices and a willingness to contribute to various HR functions.
