Job Profile:

1. Be part of the iterative design process with the team

2. Reach out and align with our chapters and technology groups on patterns and practices such as tech architecture, security, privacy, tooling etc.

3. Develop new functionality and support existing one in Service Now HRSD

4. Help make sure our documentation is always up to date

5. Support the HRSD module of Service Now platform we develop in production

6. Connect with partners/vendors to create an efficient E2E product

7. Contribute to modernizing the product through innovation and automation


Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc

• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform Architecture and related products especially HR Service Portal, Knowledge base, Case management, Virtual Agent, Document Management, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub.

• Life event Knowledge, can support Business Stakeholders in HRSD configurations.

• Knowledge to configure and integrate software products from and to ServiceNow.

• Ensure the instance health by working with the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team to reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.

• Deep understanding of dependencies between ServiceNow capabilities (ITSM, HRSD) and components: portals, knowledge bases, etc.

• Can analyze ServiceNow releases and upgrades and how it impacts the current features and applications in use.
