At MERGEN CORPORATES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD Technical Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and HR Service Delivery best practices, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules to align with business processes
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design effective solutions
  • Customize and develop workflows, forms, and reports to enhance the ServiceNow platform
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration between ITSM and HRSD functionalities
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for processes and procedures
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices to recommend enhancements
  • Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and implementations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM and HRSD
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and HR Service Delivery best practices
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration tools (REST, SOAP) and data import/export
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, CSM) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems
