You're a great fit for this role if you're a passionate self-starter who thrives on leading a team to success. We need someone who truly understands the sales process and can get their hands dirty to meet and exceed monthly goals.

We're looking for a seasoned professional who has:

  • Successfully managed a sales team of at least five employees.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in designing and implementing strategic sales plans.
  • High energy, excellent negotiation skills, and a relentless drive for conversions.

A Typical Day in the Life:

As a Team Lead, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success. Your days will be a mix of coaching, strategizing, and motivating. You will:

  • Coach, train, and mentor your team of management trainees and travel consultants.
  • Coordinate weekly meetings to track progress and ensure everyone is on target.
  • Assist and coach team members on client calls and demos.
  • Develop plans to manage and build business opportunities with assigned accounts.
  • Motivate and support your team to smash their monthly goals.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for clients.
