As Business Development Manager, you'll identify opportunities, build relationships, and expand our market footprint.Key Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share in the IT staffing industry.Conduct research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential clients and market segments.Collaborate with executive teams to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Pursue new business opportunities through industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniques.Build a pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending events and leveraging online platforms.Deliver effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accounts.Nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizations.Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored solutions.Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Requirements:5+ years of experience in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.A track record of signing new clients and generating sales and business revenue.In-depth knowledge of the IT staffing market, including current trends and technologies.Strong communication and presentation skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, focusing on building long-term relationships.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
