Our mission is to make high-quality, flexible senior care accessible and affordable for families across the US.The Senior Care Specialist will be responsible for finding exceptional caregiver talent, managing their onboarding, and scheduling them effectively to meet client needs.Main ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of caregiver candidates.Evaluate candidates' communication skills, caregiving experience, professionalism, and fit within our organization.Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to selection.Onboarding and Compliance:Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and training for newly hired caregivers.Ensure candidates complete necessary background checks, compliance steps, and required training.Maintain accurate records of caregivers in our internal systems.Scheduling and Operations:Arrange caregiver schedules based on client requirements, availability, skill needs, and location.Confirm shift assignments and follow up with caregivers as needed.Foster seamless daily workflows by collaborating with our operations team.
