They should be highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive, with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving results.This hands-on role involves designing and delivering growth plans, running campaigns end-to-end, and ensuring accurate tracking and clear reporting. Key responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns; managing customer and provider acquisition; building and refining funnels, CRM automation, and lifecycle marketing; setting up creative testing frameworks; managing and expanding affiliate and referral programs; automating performance reporting; driving customer and provider acquisition through partners; using AI tools to automate reporting, creative production, and campaign workflows; exploring new AI applications; building dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems; delivering clear performance updates; analyzing trends and recommending improvements; and managing freelancers or agencies for creative and paid media.A strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.Experience with Meta Ads and Google AdsStrong experience with CRM and automation toolsComfortable using AI and automation toolsHighly organized and detail-drivenProactive with a strong track record of driving growth and achieving results
