Lead Analog Circuit DesignerThe role is focused on delivering high-performance analog circuits.Main Responsibilities:Create efficient and reliable analog circuit designs.Critically evaluate the performance of existing circuits and implement improvements.Collaborate with other designers to develop innovative solutions for complex circuit problems.Evaluate and optimize circuit-level performance using simulation and analysis tools.Determine optimal design parameters for various system-level applications.To be successful in this position, a strong foundation in CMOS analog design fundamentals is required. Hands-on experience with designing different types of analog circuit blocks such as OTAs, Charge Pumps, Bandgap References, Ring Oscillators, LC-VCOs, etc., is also necessary. Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors is highly desirable.Required Skills:Technical Skills:    Strong understanding of analog circuit theory and design principles.    Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors.    Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing circuit-level performance using simulation and analysis tools.    Ability to critically evaluate the performance of existing circuits and implement improvements.    Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex circuit design issues.Education and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and device characteristics.
