The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communicationskills, in-depth process knowledge, and a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences. As part of a global organization, you will be responsible for managing international client interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional, proactive, and empathetic engagement. Key Responsibilities:   Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat for international clients   Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints   Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions while maintaining service quality standards   Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues and seamless service delivery Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems   Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance scores   Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service excellence   Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide informed support Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every customer interaction Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with international clients Sound understanding of customer service principles and best practices Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Proficient in Zendesk platform,MS Office, and customer support platforms Positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to continuous improvement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred)7+ years of experience in international customer service or client support roles Experience working with global clients or in a BPO/IT-enabled service environment preferred Why Join Us:  Opportunity to work with a leading international organization Exposure to global customer service standards and best practices Supportive work culture that values growth, learning, and employee well-being Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities
