Job Title: Contract ProfessionalContract Professional Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Contract Professional to oversee end-to-end post-contract obligations and ensure ongoing compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment.The successful candidate will track contract milestones, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage invoice and renewal workflows, and ensure that obligations under MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms are carried out accurately and on time.A strong understanding of commercial contract terms is key, and candidates with a finance or revenue operations background will be especially valued.Maintain and track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.Support invoice management—ensuring accuracy, timely issuance, and tracking payment status in partnership with Finance.Oversee renewal workflows and assist in preparing contract amendments or extension documents.Maintain structured documentation and update contract records within internal systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.Provide recurring reporting on upcoming renewals, revenue schedules, and contractual risks or gaps.
