Account Management RoleWe are seeking a skilled Account Manager to strengthen our client partnerships and delivery interface across regions. This role combines client relationship management, production intelligence, and delivery governance.The ideal candidate will bring experience from advertising, digital, or creative production environments, with a deep understanding of creative workflows, marketing assets, and media formats.Key Responsibilities:Client Partnership & Servicing:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Translate creative and marketing objectives into actionable production briefs.Advise clients on production feasibility, timelines, and optimization opportunities.Build long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.Project & Delivery Governance:Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle – from brief intake, planning, production, QC, and delivery.Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and internal communication between design, motion, and digital teams.Ensure all jobs are initiated and tracked through workflow tools.Proactively identify risks or dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.Production Knowledge & Technical Understanding:Demonstrate solid understanding of creative production workflows across media types.Collaborate with automation and AI teams to identify process improvements and innovation opportunities.Financial & Resource Management:Support budget estimation, effort tracking, and job reconciliation.Manage workload distribution and utilization across assigned teams.Collaboration & Communication:Partner with Regional Service Delivery Heads and Studio Leads to align delivery strategy.Communicate project status, risks, and performance clearly and proactively to stakeholders.Requirements:8–14 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or production leadership.Familiarity with production tools and platforms.Proven ability to interface with global clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong working knowledge of creative production processes and asset management.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in global production environments or offshore creative hubs.Understanding of automation and AI tools in creative workflows.
