**Business Development Professional Wanted**We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our US Staffing operations from India.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and expanding staffing businesses, establishing strong client relationships, and onboarding new clients quickly.This role requires excellent communication skills, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to operate independently with a strategic mindset.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies for US staffing services.Broach new direct clients or Tier 1 vendors to expand our network.Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across various industries.Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business volume.Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to shape business growth.Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of the end-to-end sales cycle.Maintain strong communication with US-based leadership and regularly report progress.Required Skills and Qualifications:8 - 10+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.Existing industry contacts with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Benefits:Competitive salary + high-earning commission potential.Opportunity to play a strategic role in scaling US staffing operations.Flexible working arrangement (Hyderabad office or Remote).Direct access to leadership and decision-makers.
