You will demand a blend of regulatory insight, operational acumen, and organizational leadership expertise.Lead global service delivery across functions with clear governance, SOPs, and accountability models.Develop and institutionalize a centralized LR delivery model that meets multi-country compliance standards and regulations.Build and lead high-performance teams in India and globally with expertise, systems, and governance to support international clients.Engage with regional consultants and regulatory authorities ensuring seamless representation and audit readiness.Drive quality, compliance, and efficiency through well-defined processes, templates, and technology enablement solutions.Drive SLA compliance, operational excellence, and profitability across engagements through effective stakeholder management.Champion continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization across functions.Mentor and align cross-functional teams across Regulatory, LR, and Logistics operations to achieve business objectives.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Operations, or Business Management.15+ years in Service Delivery or Operations preferably in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare Services with proven leadership experience.Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in CRM systems, analytics, and process automation.
