Position: Director – PGDMLocation: Greater NoidaInstitution: Accurate Group of InstitutionsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Program. The Director will be responsible for providing academic, administrative, and strategic leadership to ensure that the PGDM program maintains its reputation for excellence, innovation, and industry relevance. The role demands a blend of academic expertise, corporate connect, student-centric focus, and proven leadership in higher education.Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership- Lead the PGDM program in line with AICTE/UGC guidelines and institutional vision.- Drive curriculum design, review, and implementation to ensure industry relevance and global standards.- Foster academic excellence through innovative pedagogy, case-based learning, research, and experiential projects.- Mentor faculty and students to achieve high academic standards and holistic growth.- Formulate and execute the strategic vision for the PGDM program.- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (AICTE, NBA, NAAC, etc.).- Oversee admissions strategy, student recruitment, and enrollment targets.- Build strong collaborations with industry leaders for placements, internships, live projects, and guest lectures.- Enhance the brand positioning of the PGDM program through corporate tie-ups, events, and partnerships.- Encourage entrepreneurship and innovation through incubation, startup support, and industry mentoring.Desired Candidate Profile- Education: Ph.D. in Management (preferred) or equivalent with first-class at Master's level in Management (MBA/PGDM).- Experience: Minimum 15 years of academic/industry experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Dean/Director/Head of Department) in reputed management institutions.- Strong academic credentials with research publications in reputed journals.- Proven track record in institution building, accreditations (NBA/NAAC/AICTE), and academic leadership.- Excellent industry connect and experience in fostering corporate partnerships.Key Competencies- Academic and administrative leadership- Strategic thinking & decision-making- Strong corporate & alumni networking- Student-focused approach- Research orientation & innovation- Branding and program promotion
