Job Title: Strategic Logistics Operations ManagerJob Description:The position of Strategic Logistics Operations Manager is key to the successful implementation of SAP system and operational separation between joint ventures and logistics operations across LATAM.This role ensures alignment across impacted sites, driving collaboration among cross-functional workstreams in supply chain and digital technology services for both warehousing and transportation. As a single point of contact for stakeholders, you will manage priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain business continuity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Key responsibilities include leading and aligning a cross-functional project team, identifying and managing change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, providing effective stakeholder management, and collaborating closely with the logistics PMO.Deliverables:Implement SAP system and operational separation between joint ventures and logistics operations.Ensure alignment across impacted sites.Manage change management risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications:The ideal candidate possesses strong project management experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and leadership skills in matrixed environments. Prior system implementation experience and familiarity with warehouse and transportation operations are highly desirable.Desirable Skills:Proven track record of scoping, planning, and executing complex initiatives on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of SAP/EWM principles.Familiarity with warehouse and transportation operations, including WMS and TMS systems.What You Bring:As a strategic logistics operations manager, you will bring proven project management experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and leadership skills in matrixed environments. You will also possess a strong understanding of SAP/EWM principles and familiarity with warehouse and transportation operations.Travel Requirements:Travel to warehouse sites may be required during the go-live phase.Additional Requirements:Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders.Manage priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain business continuity.
