We are seeking an eloquent and persuasive Proposal Associate to join our team in creating compelling proposals. The proposal writer’s responsibilities include gathering information, formatting it according to the company’s policies, obtaining supervisor approval, and sending the proposal to the appropriate recipient.

To succeed as a proposal writer, you should be articulate, possess excellent written communication skills, and work effectively under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Ultimately, a top-notch proposal writer will be consistent, detail-oriented, and capable of crafting factual, convincing content.


Primary Skills: Requirement gathering, Scope defining, Proposal writing & deck preparation, RFP/RFI responses, Cross collaboration, Business communication, Management reporting


Secondary Skills: Editing and proofreading, Project management, Market research, Google Suite, and CRM tools


Experience: 3-7 Years


Work Location: Coimbatore


Must Have Skills:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in proposal writing and RFP/RFI responses.
  • MBA with experience in presales in IT software solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google suite and leveraging AI for work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Good strategic planning abilities.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project managing end-to-end proposal readiness with keen attention to details.
  • Researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner.
  • Reviewing products, services, and/or business ideas.
  • Creating strategies for convincing others to take appropriate action.
  • Attending meetings and identifying opportunities for proposal writing.
  • Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with tools like MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Cross collaborating with Senior Leadership, Sales, Business and Technology teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of proposals.
