Customer Success Executive – (Mar Tech)Experience: 1-2 yearsBudget - 7 LPA FixedLocation: HSR Layout, BangaloreAbout Qoruz, the Journey, and Life at Qoruz: Qoruz LifeJob Description:- Customer Onboarding & Engagement – Lead the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and helping them derive maximum value from our Mar Tech platform. Conduct personalized product demos, training sessions, and share best practices for effective adoption.- Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understand their marketing goals, provide strategic recommendations, and identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.- Customer Support & Retention – Address customer queries with speed and empathy through email, chat, and calls. Proactively resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.- Performance Tracking & Insights – Monitor customer usage, engagement, and success metrics. Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and provide data-backed insights to improve customer outcomes.- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated effectively. Collaborate on campaigns and initiatives that drive product adoption and customer success.Requirements:- 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing roles (preferably in a Saa S or Mar Tech environment).- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms or influencer marketing ecosystems.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Proactive, analytical, and customer-centric mindset.- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
