As part of our strategic expansion, we are launching a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand in the premium segment, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager – Marketing to lead this initiative from inception to success.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and implement innovative Performance Marketing strategies leveraging paid media channels to drive customer acquisition and conversion.

Ensuring strong positioning of the brand in the luxury segment. Hands-on expertise in Digital Marketing domains, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and paid campaigns. Strategize and execute brand building from a zero base, establishing strong market presence and customer trust in competitive environments. Build and manage a strong network of agencies and partners specializing in digital marketing, creative branding, and performance-driven activities. Secure strategic partnerships and negotiate with leading ecommerce platforms to ensure seamless listing and visibility of the brand. Demonstrate strong creative sensibility and aesthetic appreciation to align brand communication and design with luxury positioning.

Candidate Profile / Background:

  • MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing, with proven success in managing D2C brands.
      • Hands-on experience in building a brand from scratch and scaling it to profitability.
        • Prior experience in Premium / Luxury Brand Marketing.
          • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, performance marketing concepts, and analytics.
            • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
              • Well-connected with relevant agencies, partners, and industry experts.
                • Based in New Delhi or willing to relocate.
