What You'll Lead:

– Strategic marketing planning across digital, on-ground, and brand channels

– Full ownership of our Social Media Management (SMM) across platforms

– Performance-driven campaign execution and ROI tracking

– Team building, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment

– Brand building initiatives across Delhi, Jaipur, Dehradun, Ahmedabad & Bangalore

What You Bring:

– 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in youth-focused, D2C, hospitality, or real estate sectors

– Strong portfolio of campaign execution, brand storytelling, and social media growth

– Ability to plan, lead, and execute end-to-end strategies with minimal oversight

– Strong leadership, team management, and data-backed decision-making skills

You'll work closely with the founders and help shape the voice of one of India's fastest-growing co-living brands.
