We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate professional to step into the pivotal role of Operations Manage under the guidance of our Deep Tech. If you're a relationship builder, a strategic thinker, and someone who thrives on enhancing operational excellence, this role is for you


Role Overview:


As an Operations Manage, you’ll play a key role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with colleges and institutions. You'll collaborate with senior leadership teams to drive impactful educational programs, ensuring seamless delivery while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

Your mission? Build long-term relationships, adapt to the evolving needs of our partners, and strategically align their goals with our cutting-edge offerings in education and skill development.


Key Responsibilities:


✅ Lead and manage partnerships with existing and new college associations.

✅ Foster strong relationships with senior leadership at institutions to align with their unique needs.

✅ Drive operational efficiency and maintain quality standards through regular evaluations.

✅ Strategically cross-sell and expand program offerings to meet educational objectives.

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive, impactful initiatives.


Who We’re Looking For:


1. Bachelor's/ Postgraduate degree in any field.

2. Proven experience in account management, client relations, or business development (experience in tech education is a plus).

3. A proactive problem solver who can thrive with limited resources and manage multiple priorities.

4. Passion for technology education and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.
