About the Senior Accounting PositionThe Senior Accounting Manager will lead end-to-end accounting for US-based clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Lead Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting for US clients.Prepare and finalize financial statements under US GAAP.Manage a small team of accountants to deliver high-quality results.Partner with client finance leaders to provide insights and process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth.Accounting Operations: Lead AP, AR, GL reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting.Team Management: Manage a small team of accountants to deliver high-quality results.Clients Relationship Management: Partner with client finance leaders to provide insights and process improvements.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.CPA certification or working towards it.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Flexible work arrangements.Other Information:Please note that this is a senior-level position, and we are looking for an experienced professional who can take on a leadership role.
