Job Title:The Senior Finance and Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support growth.This role demands a strong leader who can manage teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and streamline processes for efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Companies Act, and pharma industry financial regulations.The Senior Finance and Accounts Manager will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensure accuracy in accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations, and develop MIS reports and financial dashboards for management decision-making.Financial Management & Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure accuracy in accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliationsDevelop MIS reports and financial dashboards for management decision-makingCompliance & Audit:Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies ActLead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure with zero non-complianceOversee transfer pricing and international taxation related to pharma exportsOperational Finance:Manage accounts payable, receivables, vendor management, and credit controlEnsure accurate costing, inventory accounting, and margin analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Sales) for cost optimizationRequirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) mandatory; MBA Finance preferred10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 4–5 years in a managerial capacity within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector
