Our combination of domain expertise, cutting-edge technology, and advanced tech-enabled cybersecurity solutions has made Securin a leader in the industry.Job Location : IIT Madras Research Park, A block, Third floor, 32, Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600113Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from office, Chennai, 2 days a week to office)About the Role:This is a ground-floor opportunity to join our sales organization and be part of a new team that’s shaping how we connect with prospects, generate demand, and build relationships with future customers.What You’ll DoOutbound Prospecting: Research and identify target accounts, key stakeholders, and initiate outreach through calls, emails, and social channels.Inbound Qualification: Engage inbound leads, quickly qualify interest, and route to the right sales channels.Message Testing: Work closely with the Head of Sales Development to test messaging, channels, and campaigns to understand what resonates with different personas.Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and content follow-ups to maximize pipeline creation.Pipeline Contribution: Consistently book qualified meetings and create opportunities for the Sales team.CRM & Tools: Use CRM and prospecting tools to track activities, manage pipeline, and report on progress.Learning & Growth: Actively learn about the cybersecurity industry, Securin’s solutions, and the challenges faced by CISOs and security leaders.Lead with AI first: Effective use of AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and outputWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity.
